NCAI Secondary Principal

Start Date: July 21, 2025

The secondary principal (grades 7-12) is responsible for supporting and supervising and supporting classroom teachers in the planning and implementing of learning experiences that help in the intellectual, spiritual, emotional, social and physical development of children within a Christian, safe and healthy learning environment.

NCAI PK/Elementary PE Teacher

Start Date: July 28, 2025

Our preschool and elementary physical education program includes biweekly P.E. classes for all of our preschool and elementary students (PK1-6th grade). In addition, the PK/Elementary PE teacher is responsible to coordinate the elementary Eagles in Training program (short 6-day after-school sports camps for elementary students in a variety of areas like soccer, gymnastics, etc.), coach one or two athletic teams each school year, teach two middle school or high school elective classes each year, and provide additional support to the Athletic Director when possible.

NCAI Sixth Grade Teacher

This is a self-contained classroom with an anticipated 2025-2026 class size of about 24 students. The 6th grade teacher has a full-time educational assistant that works with them to teach and manage the students. The students go to other classes for their specials (Spanish, PE, art, music, computers, library and health), which means the teacher has 2 hours of daily planning time during the school day. (possible opening, unconfirmed) Pull-out ESL/ELD (English as a Second Language / English Language Development) program to provide additional English language development support to small groups of elementary and secondary students. We have one full-time ELD teacher and plan to add a second full-time ELD teacher to split the load and expand services into middle school and high school. Only considering candidates with TESOL certification and at least two years of formal teaching experience in a similar school setting.
