NCAI Fourth Grade Teacher
Start Date: July 29, 2024
This is a self-contained classroom with an anticipated class size of about 20 students. The 4th grade teacher has a full-time educational assistant that works with them to teach and manage the students. The students go to other classes for their specials (Spanish, PE, art, music, computers, library and health), which means the 4th grade teacher has 2 hours of daily planning time during the school day. NCAI Fifth Grade Teacher

We are still urgently seeking a 5th grade teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. We have the position covered internally but would love to consider any qualified applicants at any time during the school year.
This is a self-contained classroom with an anticipated 2024-2025 class size of about 20 students. The 5th grade teacher has a full-time educational assistant that works with them to teach and manage the students. NCAI Middle School English/Social Studies Teacher

We are still urgently seeking a MS English/Social Studies teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. We have the position covered internally but would love to consider any qualified applicants at any time during the school year.
We're looking for a teacher with the ability to teach a variety of English and/or Social Studies classes, with an emphasis in middle school (grades 7-8). There is some flexibility about the specific assignment, based on the strengths of the teacher we hire.
NCAI Bible Teacher
Start Date: July 29, 2024
Teach Bible classes and help with leading chapels, youth group and other aspects of our spiritual development program. The Bible teacher works closely with our school chaplain in the support of the spiritual growth of our students and school community.
NCAI School Librarian
Start Date: July 29, 2024
The school librarian is responsible for managing the school library, supporting students and teachers in their information and literacy needs, and promoting a love of reading and learning among students.
NCAI Volunteer Development Director
Start Date: July 29, 2024
A volunteer Development Director, or Director of Development, oversees all of an organization’s fundraising and manages relationships with a company’s financial partners. Their duties include planning fundraising events, interacting with former donors to encourage ongoing contributions and seeking out opportunities for financial support through grants and sponsorships. Because this is a new position at NCAI, we are looking for a candidate with extensive experience.
(possible opening) NCAI English ESL/ELD Teacher
Start Date: July 24, 2023
(possible opening, unconfirmed) Pull-out ESL/ELD (English as a Second Language / English Language Development) program to provide additional English language development support to small groups of elementary and secondary students. We have one full-time ELD teacher and plan to add a second full-time ELD teacher to split the load and expand services into middle school and high school. Only considering candidates with TESOL certification and at least two years of formal teaching experience in a similar school setting.
